We’re currently seeking motivated, coachable individuals to join our team as an Mortgage Prequalification Specialist —an entry-level role designed to build your foundation in mortgage sales while preparing you to become a licensed Loan Officer.
What You'll Do:

Make outbound calls to leads using pre-qualified lists.
Spark interest in our mortgage solutions and qualify prospects for licensed Loan Officers.
Transfer live leads to licensed Loan Officers to continue the sales process.
Learn the basics of the mortgage industry, sales strategy, and customer communication.
Attend daily dedicated training sessions focused on preparing you to pass the NMLS exam and become licensed within 60 days.
Work closely with experienced Loan Officers and team leaders to develop your skills and grow your confidence.
