Responsibilities

• Originate and close mortgage loans while providing excellent customer service.
• Build relationships with clients, realtors, and referral partners.

• Work independently to generate new business and grow your pipeline.

Requirements

• Active NMLS license (required).
• Minimum 1-2 years of mortgage loan origination experience.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
• Ability to structure deals effectively and guide clients through the lending process.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans.
• Established referral network and book of business.
• Experience with loan origination systems (LOS) and CRM tools.
