Are you an experienced Licensed Loan Officer looking for a high-paying opportunity with strong earning potential? Dynagen Lending is seeking motivated Loan Officers to join our team in person, earning 85-100 basis points per funded loan. Schedule

🕘 Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
🌙 Two days per week: Extended hours 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Responsibilities

Originate and close mortgage loans while delivering exceptional customer service.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, realtors, and referral partners.
Guide borrowers through the entire loan process, from application to closing.
Stay informed on mortgage products, market trends, and compliance regulations.
Work independently while collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.

Requirements

✔️ Active NMLS license (required).
✔️ Minimum 1-2 years of loan origination experience.
✔️ Strong sales and negotiation skills.
✔️ Ability to structure deals effectively and close loans efficiently.
✔️ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Preferred Qualifications

🔹 Experience with conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans.
🔹 Established referral network and book of business.
🔹 Familiarity with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and CRM tools.
