Schedule

• Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Two evenings weekly extended to 9:00 PM to take advantage of peak client call times

Responsibilities

• Take live transferred calls and convert them into funded loans

• Originate and structure mortgage transactions efficiently

• Guide borrowers through the loan process from start to finish

• Cultivate relationships with clients, agents, and referral partners

• Maintain compliance with federal and state lending regulations

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license (required)

• Minimum 1–2 years of loan origination experience

• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills

• High comfort level with live phone sales and lead management systems

• Familiarity with LOS and CRM platforms preferred
