Position Overview:
Dynagen Lending Troy is seeking highly motivated and licensed Loan Officers who bring in a steady flow of referral-based business and are comfortable working primarily from our Troy, MI office with some flexibility. This hybrid W-2 position is ideal for relationship-driven professionals looking for full back-end support, a high-energy team environment, and unlimited income potential through full commission.

Key Responsibilities:

Originate residential mortgage loans through referral-based business only
Maintain a strong in-person presence with clients and partners at our Troy office
Manage the loan process from application to close with exceptional service
Maintain compliance with NMLS and Michigan state lending regulations
Collaborate daily with our in-house processors and operations team for seamless closings

Required Qualifications:

Active NMLS license with authorization to originate in Michigan
Must have a consistent pipeline of referral business
Prior experience in residential mortgage origination
Excellent communication, follow-up, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a 100% commission-based structure under W-2 employment
Must be able to work in-person from our Troy, MI office regularly (hybrid flexibility, but not remote-only)
