Your Responsibilities
  • Support Loan Officers by gathering and reviewing client documents.
  • Communicate with clients, underwriters, and processors to keep loans on track.
  • Maintain accurate records and update loan files.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and follow up on applications.
  • Ensure all lending processes comply with regulations and company policies.
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous Sales Experience 
  • Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to learn and be responsive to feedback
  • Availability: Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM, with two late nights until 8 PM.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in mortgage, banking, financial services, or sales is a plus.
  • Familiarity with loan processing systems.
  • NMLS licensing is a bonus but not required.
